Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Harmoni Finance, a personal finance application operated by Ikigai Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Harmoni Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the application.

1. Description of Service

Harmoni Finance provides tools that allow users to connect their financial accounts through Plaid in order to view account balances, transaction history, and financial insights.

Harmoni Finance does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information presented is for informational purposes only.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs through your use of Harmoni Finance.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Financial Data and Third-Party Services

Harmoni Finance uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect to financial institutions. Your use of Plaid’s services is subject to Plaid’s own terms and privacy policies.

Harmoni Finance does not control financial institutions or the availability or accuracy of data provided by them.

4. Data Access and Termination

You may revoke Harmoni Finance’s access to your financial accounts at any time through the application or via Plaid.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued operation is not feasible.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Harmoni Finance is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ikigai Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Harmoni Finance.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the application, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of Harmoni Finance after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ikigai Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
